Our process
We believe building or renovating a home should feel exciting not overwhelming.
As a designer and a builder, we are a single accountable team guiding you from concept design, planning and approvals through to construction and interior detailing. The result is a beautifully resolved home, exceptionally crafted for how you live now and into the future.

We start by getting to know you to make sure we fully understand you and your vision for your home.
In this first meeting, we’ll discuss the goals you have for your home, identify your budget and chat about how we can help you achieve your vision.

Now we understand your vision, and budget, we can develop concepts and draft plans that meet your budget, lifestyle and functionality requirements.
If you already have your plans, or a relationship with a designer, draftsperson, or architect we can move quickly through this phase.

Once your plans are complete, we will steward you through gaining approval from the relevant authority. If we have designed the plans we will make your submission to the NSW Planning Portal, respond to RFIs, make minor drawing adjustments, and assist with public notification.

With finalised design plans, comes the ability for us to provide detailed costings for your project. We will source accurate quotes from our trusted suppliers and tradespeople required to complete this project. This costing phase usually takes place while your plans are awaiting approval.

Once the detailed costings are agreed upon and accepted, we will draw up contracts and confirm an expected start date.

Throughout the construction phase, we will maintain regular communication with you and provide detailed project reporting to ensure you are up-to-date on progress and provide input where necessary.

During the construction phase we will support you to make decisions regarding fit-out, material and fixture selections and styling to make sure your home is beautiful, functionally and feels uniquely yours.

Upon practical completion of your project, we will organise a walk-through inspection. This is your chance to ensure your satisfaction with all aspects of the build. We will provide your with keys, as well as certificates, warranty documentation and other documents relevant to the building works.
