Overview: A full-scale renovation project that reimagining a well-loved but tired coastal home into a light-filled, modern transitional retreat. The redesign includes a complete interior transformation with bespoke curved feature walls, an open-plan layout, a new roof, and a refreshed façade with gable entrance. The brief called for better use of natural light, interiors which emphasised expansive views of the ocean, the addition of a third bathroom, and renovation of two existing bathrooms and a laundry, and a new outdoor entertaining area. Our team managed the entire build: from refining the interior plans to improve functionality and aesthetic, lighting and electrical plans, designing bespoke joinery solutions, coordination consultants, trades, and sourcing high-quality materials .
