Overview: What was once a drab, south-facing brick home has been thoughtfully reimagined into a modern, light-filled, Scandi-inspired cofamily retreat designed to captivate the young family market. Through strategic structural reconfiguration, the home was opened up to embrace natural light, introducing raked ceilings that create volume and airiness, and an expansive open-plan kitchen and living zone that flows seamlessly to an outdoor entertaining area. A newly designed master suite with its own private balcony offers a peaceful sanctuary, while the attached garage with a drive-through driveway enhances both practicality and lifestyle appeal.
