Overview: This a full-scale renovation project that reimagines a well-loved but tired coastal home into a light-filled, modern transitional retreat. The redesign includes a complete interior transformation with bespoke curved feature walls, an open-plan layout, a new roof, and a refreshed façade featuring a striking gable entrance. The brief called for better use of natural light, striking views of the ocean, the addition of a third bathroom, and an extended living space that flows seamlessly into a new outdoor entertaining area. Our team is managing the entire build: from refining the interior plans to improve functionality and aesthetic, to coordinating consultants, trades, and sourcing high-quality materials and finishes. Currently in progress, this project reflects our commitment to thoughtful, adaptable build practices, client-focussed interior design and hands-on project delivery.
